Order Processing & Shipping Time
Most orders received will ship within 2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Canada, except by prior arrangement.
As a promotional special, we offer $10 flat rate shipping for each item for standard ground shipping to Canada and continental USA via Canada Post. Standard leadtime for ground shipping within Canada and continental USA via Canada Post is 6 to 10 business days. This is just an average leadtime and Canada Post do not provide guarantee on delivery leadtime. We, therefore, cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Other faster shipping options at extra cost are listed at time of checkout. Please select the option you wish to ship and make a special remarks in the message box before checkout.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Licence 71195 Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns & Exchange
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Licence 71195 Inc., we offer a 14 days money back guarantee. Simply contact us to receive a return authorization number. As long as a product is unused and returned in the original carton, Licence 71195 Inc. will refund the purchase - no questions asked. Hang tags and accessories should not be removed. The returned item(s) will be refunded in full, less 15% restocking charge, to the credit card account number of the original purchaser. Licence 71195 Inc. will not credit any account number other than that of the account of the original purchaser. Shipping charges are not refundable. Licence 71195 Inc. will refuse all deliveries attempted without authorized RA#s.

After you have received your return authorization (RA#) number, clearly write the number down next to the shipping label only once, and return the carton postage paid and insured for its full value to Licence 71195 Inc. at the address listed below. Return must be sent by parcel post. Any custom brokerage and duty arising from the return shipment will be deducted from the refund. Licence 71195 Inc. will refuse all deliveries attempted without authorized RA#s.

Once we have received the returned item we will process your refund or exchange between 2-4 business days. Allow an additional week for refunds to show up on your credit card statement. We will provide associated receipts promptly.
